Part of a chain action, Moves the mouse to the middle of the element. The element is scrolled into view and its
location is calculated. If offsets are provided, moves the mouse to an offset from the top-left corner of the element.
The example below, which is navigating the jspringbot menu. This requires moveover on menu items.
To do mouseover on selenium requires action chaining.
