Apache Spatial Information System (SIS) is a free software, Java language library for developing geospatial applications. SIS provides data structures for geographic features and associated metadata along with methods to manipulate those data structures. The library is an implementation of GeoAPI 3.0.2 interfaces and can be used for desktop or server applications. The SIS metadata module forms the base of the library and enables the creation of metadata objects which comply with the ISO 19115 international standard. The SIS referencing module enable the construction of geodetic data structures for geospatial referencing as defined by ISO 19111 standard, along with the associated operations which enable the transformation of coordinates between different reference systems. The SIS storage modules provide a common approach to the reading and writing of metadata, features and coverages applicable to simple imagery as to many dimensional data structures.

This is a fork of jfreechart. The purpose is to the build it with the Java module sytem and Java 17. This to be able to use it in building java applications with reduced runtimes. Three servlet classes have been removed as they depended on the automatic module servlet.api. No functionality has beed added. All credit to the original project. Introduzing the module system has broken the unit tests. Everything seems to work as expected though. If you stumble upon this, then it might be useful if you need to use jfreechart in a Java module application. This project will not be maintained though. It looks like jfreechart is adopting the module system and that it might be released soon. jfreechart with Java 11 and modules for java fx applications was recently released. JFreeChart is a class library, written in Java, for generating charts. Utilising the Java2D API, it supports a wide range of chart types including bar charts, pie charts, line charts, XY-plots, time series plots, Sankey charts and more.

JBSqlUtils es un ORM desarrollado en java por José Carlos Alfredo Bran Aguirre, que permite gestionar BD's SQLite, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL y SQLServer, de una manera fácil y rápida sin interrumpir la ejecución del hilo principal del programa, lo cual la hace un potente ORM, por medio del cual tendrá acceso a un CRUD, configurando únicamente la conexión del modelo, los atributos que posee la tabla en BD's cómo variables que pertenecerán al modelo en su aplicación. JBSqlUtils también proporciona un potente generador de instrucciones SQL que le permitirá crear o eliminar una tabla, insertar, seleccionar, actualizar o eliminar registros de una tabla en su BD's sin necesidad de instanciar un modelo cómo tal, únicamente tendrá que configurar previamente la conexión a su BD's. Lo cual la hace un potente ORM para aplicaciones android y sistemas empresariales que tengan la necesidad de poder conectarse a alguna de estas 4 tipos de BD's, cabe mencionar que para ello utiliza el SQLite JDBC de org.xerial, org.postgresql, mysql y com.microsoft.sqlserver. The Java Algebra System (JAS) is an object oriented, type safe and multi-threaded approach to computer algebra. JAS provides a well designed software library using generic types for algebraic computations implemented in the Java programming language using the JVM runtime infrastructure. The library can be used as any other Java software package or it can be used interactively or interpreted through a jython (Java Python) or jruby (Java Ruby) front end, there is also an Android App based on Ruboto (jruby for Android). The focus of JAS is at the moment on commutative, solvable and non-commutative polynomials, power series, Groebner bases, factorization, real and complex roots and applications. By the use of Java as implementation language JAS is 64-bit and multi-core CPU ready and can make use of mutiple CPUs where available. JAS can run on a wide variety of devices ranging from Android to compute clusters (using MPJ a Java Message Passing Interface (MPI) or OpenMPI).

Advanced Library to Remove Object Relational Impedance. DBvolution translates all database concepts into Object Oriented concepts, allowing you to spend all your time writing Java rather than fixing broken and awkward SQL. DBvolution transforms your schema into classes, reduces the database configuration to sparse annotations on the classes, and allows querying directly from the classes. Queries are created inside your java code and takes as little as one line for a multi-table outer join. Retrieving the rows from the query is only one more method call. This project is a collection of miscellaneous tools shared by a number of projects of the same author. There are **simple tuples** to use with Java Streams, **type-safe maps** ([inspired by the heterogeneous map pattern](https://www.informit.com/articles/article.aspx?p=2861454&seqNum=8)) described in Effective Java by Joshua Bloch, a **finder** that handles in a smart way queries to data sources, a facility to use the **DCI (Data, Context and Interactions) architectural pattern**, a simple **message bus** suitable for using the pub-sub pattern inside an application, some **test utilities**, an **experimental actor framework** and a few other small things. Yes, the project name is a tribute to the [jazz standard with the same name](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/These_Foolish_Things_(Remind_Me_of_You)) by Maschwitz and Strachey.

R can use RJava or jsr223 to communicate with java. R also has a class system called R6. If you want to use a java library with native rJava or jsr223 in R there is potentially a lot of glue code needed, and R library specific packaging configuration required. However if you don't mind writing an R-centric API in Java you can generate all of this glue code using a few java annotations and the normal javadoc annotations. This plugin aims to provide an annotation processor that writes that glue code and creates a fairly transparent connection between Java code and R code, with a minimum of hard work. The focus of this is streamlining the creation of R libraries by Java developers, rather than allowing access to arbitrary Java code from R. The ultimate aim of this plugin to allow java developers to provide simple APIs for their libraries, package their library using Maven, push it to github and for that to become seamlessly available as an R library, with a minimal amount of fuss. A focus is on trying to produce CI ready libraries tested with Github workflows and ready for CRAN submission.
