root from group com.yahoo.oak (version 0.2.5)
A scalable, concurrent, in-memory Key Value (KV) map.
Oak implements a concurrent Key-Value map that can keep all keys and values off-heap.
This enables working with bigger heap sizes than JVM's managed heap.
OakMap implements an API similar to the industry standard Java8 ConcurrentNavigableMap API.
It provides strong (atomic) semantics for read, write, and read-modify-write, as well as (non-atomic) range query (scan) operations, both forward and backward.
OakMap is optimized for big keys and values, in particular, for incremental maintenance of objects (update in-place).
It is faster and scales better with additional CPU cores than the popular Java ConcurrentNavigableMap ConcurrentSkipListMap

burlap from group edu.brown.cs.burlap (version 3.0.1)
The Brown-UMBC Reinforcement Learning and Planning (BURLAP) Java code library is for the use and
development of single or multi-agent planning and learning algorithms and domains to accompany them. The library
uses a highly flexible state/observation representation where you define states with your own Java classes, enabling
support for domains that discrete, continuous, relational, or anything else. Planning and learning algorithms range from classic forward search
planning to value-function-based stochastic planning and learning algorithms.

lazyBayesianRules from group nz.ac.waikato.cms.weka (version 1.0.2)
Lazy Bayesian Rules Classifier. The naive Bayesian classifier provides a simple and effective approach to classifier learning, but its attribute independence assumption is often violated in the real world. Lazy Bayesian Rules selectively relaxes the independence assumption, achieving lower error rates over a range of learning tasks. LBR defers processing to classification time, making it a highly efficient and accurate classification algorithm when small numbers of objects are to be classified. For more information, see: Zijian Zheng, G. Webb (2000). Lazy Learning of Bayesian Rules. Machine Learning. 4(1):53-84.

xbis from group net.sourceforge.xbis (version 0.9.5)
XBIS is an encoding format for XML documents that is fully convertible to and from text,
with information set equivalence between the original document text and regenerated document text.
It's intended for use in transmitting XML documents between application components, and is therefore
designed for processing speed. The current Java language implementation offers several times
the performance of SAX2 parsers working from text documents across a wide range of document types and
sizes, and across JVMs tested, while also providing a substantial reduction in document size for most
types of XML documents.

jfreechart from group se.malmin (version 1.5.3)
This is a fork of jfreechart. The purpose is to the build it with the Java module sytem and Java 17.
This to be able to use it in building java applications with reduced runtimes.
Three servlet classes have been removed as they depended on the automatic module servlet.api.
No functionality has beed added. All credit to the original project.
Introduzing the module system has broken the unit tests. Everything seems to work as expected though.
If you stumble upon this, then it might be useful if you need to use jfreechart in a Java module application.
This project will not be maintained though. It looks like jfreechart is adopting the module system and that it might be released soon.
jfreechart with Java 11 and modules for java fx applications was recently released.
JFreeChart is a class library, written in Java, for generating charts.
Utilising the Java2D API, it supports a wide range of chart types including
bar charts, pie charts, line charts, XY-plots, time series plots, Sankey charts
and more.

comparators from group de.cit-ec.tcs.alignment (version 3.1.1)
This module defines the interfaces for Comparators in the TCS Alignment Toolbox. A Comparator has
the purpose of defining the dissimilarity between elements in the input sequences of an
Alignment. More specific information on Comparators can be found in the 'Comparator' interface.
You can find a lot of helpful standard implementations of Comparators in the comparators-lib
module.
In the TCS Alignment Toolbox we require the output values of Comparators to lie in the range
[0,1]. Many natural dissimilarities on value sets do not meet this criterion, such that
additional normalization has to be applied. To that end this package also contains a Normalizer
interface for functions that map real values from the range [0, infinity) to the range [0,1].
This package also provides a few convenience implementations of the Comparator interface to make
the implementation of custom Comparators simpler, namely: SkipExtendedComparator,
ParameterLessSkipExtendedComparator, ComparisonBasedSkipExtendedComparator, and
ParameterLessComparisonBasedSkipExtendedComparator.
Finally the TCS Alignment Toolbox also provides the means to learn parameters of Comparators. To
enable that Comparators must implement the DerivableComparator interface to properly define the
parameters that can be learned and the gradient of the dissimilarity with respect to these
parameters. Gradients are stored using the Gradient interface as well as some convenience
implementations of said interface, namely EmptyGradient, SingletonGradient, ArrayGradient and
ListGradient.

finch-kotlin from group com.tryfinch.api (version 1.5.0)
The Finch HRIS API provides a unified way to connect to a multitide of HRIS
systems. The API requires an access token issued by Finch.
By default, Organization and Payroll requests use Finch's
[Data Syncs](/developer-resources/Data-Syncs). If a request is made before the
initial sync has completed, Finch will request data live from the provider. The
latency on live requests may range from seconds to minutes depending on the
provider and batch size. For automated integrations, Deductions requests (both
read and write) are always made live to the provider. Latencies may range from
seconds to minutes depending on the provider and batch size.
Employer products are specified by the product parameter, a space-separated list
of products that your application requests from an employer authenticating
through Finch Connect. Valid product names are—
- `company`: Read basic company data
- `directory`: Read company directory and organization structure
- `individual`: Read individual data, excluding income and employment data
- `employment`: Read individual employment and income data
- `payment`: Read payroll and contractor related payments by the company
- `pay_statement`: Read detailed pay statements for each individual
- `benefits`: Create and manage deductions and contributions and enrollment for
an employer
