AT-21 type of debit - rule of use: If the debtor changes the bank and the mandate change has the value SMNDA in OrgnlDbtrAgt, then the type of debit = FRST.
Recommendation: Do not use this field. Rule of use: If the field is used nonetheless, the content (inlcuding contained XML tags and whitespace, but excluding the Strd tag itself) may not exceed 140 characters.
