Some decoders for the data used in EMV credit card transactions.

Derivation key index:
 short: >
  Part of card's unique crypto key
 long: Combined with the issuer's secret master key, and the public PAN and card sequence to produce the card's key.

Cryptogram version number:
 short: Identifies which receipe was used to make the application cryptogram.

Card verification results:
 short: The card's view of what happened during the transaction.

ARPC:
 short: Cryptogram from issuer to the card.
 long: Let's the card verify the authenticity of the issuer's approval code.

Issuer specific:
 short: Two digit online approval code from the issuer.
