This plug-in generates the trend report for Checkstyle, an open source static code analysis program.

There is a newer version: 3.12

When translating properties files please keep in mind that everything in package
hudson.plugins.*.util
is the same for the plug-ins

- checkstyle
- dry
- findbugs
- pmd
- tasks
- warnings

So just translate the properties for one plug-in and copy to the other plug-ins.
