                                             I18n Binder HELP
#######################################################################################################################

General description:
    The i18n binder Task allows to convert 
    a whole i18n directory into a csv file 
    and back to a i18n directory structure.
    
The task provides several attributes:

  exportType                     = [*"xls"|"csv"|"i18n"] indicates the direction of data flow. 
                                                         CSV creates a new csv file. 
                                                         I18n merges the csv file into the i18n directory; 
                                                         optional 
  i18nDir                        = [String] path to the i18n directory root; mandatory
  filename                       = [String] path to export file. Default is "i18n.xxx" and "xxx" is "csv" or "xls"; optional;
  csvColumnsDelimiter            = [String] default is "#"; optional
  scanFolderRecursively          = [*true|false] optional
  localeLimiterList              = String, like "de_DE;de;en_US", 
                                   default "null", which means all locales which are found are migrated; 
                                   optional;
  doCreateNewPropertyFiles       = [true|*false] should the merge process create non existing property files? optional
  doSaveEmptyPropertyAttributes  = [true|*false] should key-value pairs with a emty value being saved? optional
  help                           = [true|*false] shows this help optional
