Jython is an implementation of the high-level, dynamic, object-oriented
language Python written in 100% Pure Java, and seamlessly integrated with
the Java platform. It thus allows you to run Python on any Java platform.

# comparisons rather than using equals(). Using weakKeys also enables entries

# Values that could be useful to tweak are:
# - concurrencyLevel: this is a hint to the cache as to the level of partitioning to
# use for the intenal map and affects the number of concurrent *write* operations
