A library for adding/updating immutable documents in a mongo collection. Each document needs to consist of a UUID as a key field. Document updates (json data with a key field that already exists) will be saved as a child that will have an accumulation of differences of previous children, Where the last child will contain all previous changes since the parent was first created. This library is meant to keep immutability.

Java implementation of the Ziggurat algorithm for generating Gaussian distributed pseudorandom numbers. The Ziggurat algorithm is significantly faster than the more commonly encountered Polar method, and has some other desirable statistical properties. The ZigguratGaussian class is a Java port of the GNU Scientific Library's C implementation (Voss, 2005) of the Ziggurat method. In porting to Java, we have made several optimizations, the details of which can be found in the source code comments, which highlights any differences between this Java implementation and the C implementation on which it is based. This package also includes an implementation of the Polar Method, included to enable comparing speed advantage of the Ziggurat algorithm.

Welcome to the Blazegraph/TinkerPop3 project. The TP3 implementation has some significant differences from the TP2 version. The data model has been changed to use RDF*, an RDF reification framework described here: https://wiki.blazegraph.com/wiki/index.php/Reification_Done_Right. The concept behind blazegraph-gremlin is that property graph (PG) data can be loaded and accessed via the TinkerPop3 API, but underneath the hood the data will be stored as RDF using the PG data model described in this document. Once PG data has been loaded you can interact with it just like you would interact with ordinary RDF - you can run SPARQL queries or interact with the data via the SAIL API. It just works. The PG data model is also customizable via a round-tripping interface called the BlazeValueFactory, also described in detail in this document.

This plugin will support various tasks within the Weblogic 8.1, 9.x, 10.x and 12.x environment. This version starts to support weblogic 10 and 11. The mojo supports such tasks as deploy, undeploy,clientgen,servicegen, and appc are supported as well as many others. The plugin uses exposed API's that are subject to change but have been tested in 8.1 SP 4-6 and 9.0 - 9.2 MP3, 10.x. There are two versions of the plugin to support the two environments based on differences in the JDK. The 9.x version is currently being refactored to support the standard JSR supported deployment interface. The code used in the plugin has been contributed to the Cargo project however to date has not be integrated into the codebase. A tool to help visualise API differences between two different versions of a project. Jardiff takes two jar files and outputs all the public API changes as xml, html or plain text. Currently this is command line driven, though we are working on an ant plugin. It requires java 1.4 to run. <h2>Background</h2> At OSjava, we were using a shell script to work out API differences between our release versions. This unfortunately doesn't scale very well to larger projects, the main reason for jardiff was to do the same in a much shorter time (From memory it was taking minutes to get the API diff from two fairly small jars). In it's current state, jardiff can generate the api differences between rt.jar for java 1.4 and java 1.5 in under 20 seconds, so it should scale to even the largest of projects.

HermiT is reasoner for ontologies written using the Web Ontology Language (OWL). Given an OWL file, HermiT can determine whether or not the ontology is consistent, identify subsumption relationships between classes, and much more. This is the maven build of HermiT and is designed for people who wish to use HermiT from within the OWL API. It is not officially supported by the HermiT development team, but was built initially for use with the Clojure-OWL library. It is built using the HermiT source tree without modification. There have been some additions to the test source tree to account for differences between the maven and ant environment; these are small and (hopefully) maintainable. The version number of this package is a composite of the HermiT version and an value representing releases of this packaged version. So, 1.3.7.1 is the first release of the mavenized version of HermiT based on the 1.3.7 release of HermiT. This package includes the Jautomata library (http://jautomata.sourceforge.net/), and builds with it directly. This library appears to be no longer under active development, and so a "fork" seems appropriate. No development is intended or anticipated on this code base.

Sirix is a versioned, treebased storage system. It provides an ID-less diff-algorithm to import differences between two versions. Furthermore an ID-based diff-algorithm facilitates the comparison of versions stored within Sirix. A GUI with several visualizations for comparing these versions visually is available to aid an analyst. Versions are stored using well known versioning strategies (full, incremental, differential). The architecture is especially well suited for flash-disks because of a COW-principle. In the future we aim to provide throughout security as well as a replaced page-structure to speedup our architecture. A brackit(.org) binding will enable XQuery and the XQuery Update Facility. Temporal XPath axis and possibly diff-functions will help analysts to gain quick knowledge from the stored data.
