xbis from group net.sourceforge.xbis (version 0.9.5)
XBIS is an encoding format for XML documents that is fully convertible to and from text,
with information set equivalence between the original document text and regenerated document text.
It's intended for use in transmitting XML documents between application components, and is therefore
designed for processing speed. The current Java language implementation offers several times
the performance of SAX2 parsers working from text documents across a wide range of document types and
sizes, and across JVMs tested, while also providing a substantial reduction in document size for most
types of XML documents.

rome from group rome (version 1.0)
All Roads Lead to ROME. ROME is a set of Atom/RSS Java utilities that make it
easy to work in Java with most syndication formats. Today it accepts all flavors of RSS
(0.90, 0.91, 0.92, 0.93, 0.94, 1.0 and 2.0), Atom 0.3 and Atom 1.0 feeds. Rome includes
a set of parsers and generators for the various flavors of feeds, as well as converters
to convert from one format to another. The parsers can give you back Java objects that
are either specific for the format you want to work with, or a generic normalized
SyndFeed object that lets you work on with the data without bothering about the
underlying format.

third-party from group uk.org.retep.third-party (version 10.1)
This repository contains various third party sources required by the main
retepTools repository.
The reason for this is when they are only available in SNAPSHOT format and
we require a release version to enable us to run a release.
Although not ideal, this is sometimes necessary if some critical bug needs to
be fixed.
Currently this contains docbkx-tools.
Rules for this repository:
* Projects must follow the same licensing as the main project :-
BSD, Apache2 etc but not GPL, LGPL etc
* groupId's must be within the uk.org.retep.third-party namespace - and not
the projects original namespace (so we don't have version conflicts)
* Must be disabled/removed once those projects become stable

audit-1.0 from group com.ibm.websphere.appserver.features (version 19.0.0.1)
The Liberty Audit feature is used to report and track auditable events to ensure the integrity of your system. The Liberty Audit feature introduces an infrastructure which serves two purposes: - Confirming the effectiveness and integrity of the existing configuration - Identifying areas where improvement to the configuration may be needed The Liberty Audit feature has the ability to capture the following auditable events: - Basic authentication - Start and stop of the Audit service - Form login - Client certificate login - Servlet runAs delegation - Form logout - Servlet 3.0 login, logout and authenticate APIs The Liberty Audit feature supports the Cloud Auditing Data Federation (CADF) event model. The CADF model describes a data model and associated schema definitions for an audit event. The feature provides a default implementation, the AuditFileHandler, which emits human-readable audit records to a file-based log. Each audit record is emitted in JSON format.

libswresample from group com.tagtraum (version 4.0.0)
The libswresample library performs highly optimized audio resampling, rematrixing and sample format
conversion operations.
Specifically, this library performs the following conversions:
Resampling: is the process of changing the audio rate, for example from an high sample rate of 44100Hz to
8000Hz. Audio conversion from high to low sample rate is a lossy process. Several resampling options and
algorithms are available.
Format conversion: is the process of converting the type of samples, for example from 16-bit signed
samples to unsigned 8-bit or float samples. It also handles packing conversion, when passing from packed
layout (all samples belonging to distinct channels interleaved in the same buffer), to planar layout
(all samples belonging to the same channel stored in a dedicated buffer or "plane").
Rematrixing: is the process of changing the channel layout, for example from stereo to mono. When the
input channels cannot be mapped to the output streams, the process is lossy, since it involves different
gain factors and mixing.
Various other audio conversions (e.g. stretching and padding) are enabled through dedicated options.

groupdocs-watermark from group com.groupdocs (version 18.3)
GroupDocs.Watermark for Java is a powerful document watermarking API to add image and text watermarks. Furthermore, API works to search and remove the watermarks which were already added to the documents by other third-party softwares.
The watermarks added by this API are hard to remove by any third-party tools.
It is straight-forward and self-descriptive for integration into the custom applications.
The most notable features are:
- Add text and image watermarks into documents and images
- Search for possible watermarks in documents and remove them
- Support various document formats: Pdf; MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Support various image formats: png, bmp, jpeg, jpeg2000, gif, tiff, webp (including multiframe gif and tiff)
- Process documents and images attached to stored email messages (msg, oft, eml, emlx formats are supported)
- Add watermarks to images inside documents of all supported formats
- Two ways of watermark adding/removing are supported: using generalized approach and working with supported format specifics

org.pojava.datetime from group org.pojava (version 3.0.0)
POJava DateTime is a simple, light-weight Java-based API for parsing and manipulating dates.
It parses dates from most languages and formats out of the box without having to specify which
format is expected. Defaults such as time zones, and whether to interpret an internationally
ambiguous date like "03/06/2014" as DMY order or MDY order are inferred by system time zone
and locale and stored in a default config object that can be replaced or overridden. Multiple
languages for month names are supported without any additional configuration needed.
The net effect the default parser for a server in Paris would have a different automatic
configuration from a server in New York. Throw a random local date at either, and it'll
parse it as expected. If your server supports customers from multiple locales and time zones,
then each can be specified when parsing a date/time to resolve any ambiguities.

randoop from group net.sourceforge.javydreamercsw (version 1.3.2)
Randoop is an automatic unit test generator for Java. It automatically creates unit tests for your classes, in JUnit format.
Randoop generates unit tests using feedback-directed random test generation. In a nutshell, this technique randomly, but smartly, generates sequences of methods and constructor invocations for the classes under test, and uses the sequences to create tests. Randoop executes the sequences it creates, using the results of the execution to create assertions that capture the behavior or your program and that catch bugs.
Randoop has created tests that find previously unkwon errors even in widely-used libraries including Sun and IBM's JDKs. A .NET version of Randoop, used internally at Microsoft, has been used successfully by a team of test engineers to find errors in a core .NET component that has been heavily tested for years. Randoop's combination of randomized test generation and test execution results in a highly effective test generation technique.

JSONXML from group com.ssg.tools (version 2.0b)
JSONXML project is library used to parse/format tree-like object structures in most popular text formats: XML and JSON.
For parsing it accepts "java.io.Reader" and return java object.
For formatting it accepts java object and "java.io.Writer".
Object is generally structure that contains Map and/or List elements.
Map is ordered set of named items. List is set of unnamed items.
Reflection may be used to convert objects into set of maps/lists and vice versa.
JSON parser is implemented explicitly.
XML parser is based on SAX parser and applies only certain rules for result.
Library is designed to allow various entry points for variable decisions depending on end use needs.
1. Formats - formats are used to enable locale-specific parsing/formatting of numbers and dates.
2. ReflectiveBuilder - enables reflection. Default implementation uses getters/setters only.
3. ObjectsRegistry - used to keep track of parsed or formatted objects and allow
resolvable references in formatted (text) form.
