Open, General and Highly Adaptative Messaging library. It is a reusable Java library for sending any kind of message (email, SMS, mobile notification, tweet, SNMP...). The content of the message can comes from any templating engine (Thymeleaf, FreeMarker, Velocity, ...). It also provides bridges for framework integration (Spring, JSF, ...). It is designed to be easily extended.

This is a set of utilities and classes that I have found useful over the years. In my career spanning over a decade, I have time and again written the same code or some part of the code over and over again. I never found the time to collate the details in a reusable library. This project will be a collection of such files. The work that I have been doing is more than 5 years old, however the project has been conceived in 2011.

Reusable framework for daemon applications based on Commons Daemon Jsvc and Procrun. A small installation layout pattern combined with some utility classes allows applications to be come UNIX daemons or Windows NT services. Reusable bootstrappers along with an installer plugin allow for the rapid creation of standalone daemon applications.

Maltcms, short for "Modular Application Toolkit for Chromatography Mass-Spectrometry" is an application framework mainly suited for developers working in the domain of bioinformatics for metabolomics and proteomics. Its aim is to provide reusable, efficient datastructures, abstracting from the various low-level data-formats like netcdf (ANDIMS), mzXML, mzData and mzML and providing consistent access to data features like mass spectra, chromatograms and metadata. Furthermore, Maltcms provides a platform for the implementation and execution of processing pipelines. New and existing algorithms can be easily implemented or included and executed together with existing processing elements.
