Small Java library for generating dynamic proxies on top of [ByteBuddy](https://github.com/raphw/byte-buddy) or [Javassist](https://github.com/jboss-javassist/javassist). You can generate data transfer objects, rich traits or even whole implicit DAO implementations dynamically at runtime easily. This library solves the complex stuff, so you can focus on application logic. Serializability, cloning are already solved by us. We also aim for transparent and easily debuggable proxies, because as we know proxies is usually part of "magic" for the team. Hence, the name of this library - Proxycian as a magician for the proxies ;)

The Limbus System is a small light-weight CDI framework managing the Limbus Core Components. The object graph is represented by an XML configuration file or can be build using the Limbus System API. This module delivers an optional system component that visualizes the object graph and its dependencies after initializing: com.remondis.limbus.system.visualize.LimbusSystemVisualizer This component can be added to the Limbus System. To keep the dependencies of this module transparent and light-weight, the graph renderer is declared as an optional dependency. libssh is a C library that enables you to write a program that uses the SSH protocol. With it, you can remotely execute programs, transfer files, or use a secure and transparent tunnel for your remote programs. The SSH protocol is encrypted, ensures data integrity, and provides strong means of authenticating both the server of the client. The library hides a lot of technical details from the SSH protocol, but this does not mean that you should not try to know about and understand these details. This is the SSHAPI provider bridge for libssh, and uses JNA. Downloads and more information about libssh may be found at http://api.libssh.org/master/index.html. This library is deployed to SSHTools own Maven repository.

TrueZIP is a Java based virtual file system (VFS) which enables client applications to perform CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations on archive files as if they were virtual directories, even with nested archive files in multithreaded environments. As a library, TrueZIP provides simple, uniform, transparent, thread-safe, read/write access to archive files as if they were virtual directories in a file system path. As a framework, TrueZIP provides the interfaces and classes to write file system drivers which plug-in to its federated file system space.

The ServiceMix Drools component provides JBI integration to the Drools Rules Engine. It can be used to deploy a rules set that will implement a router or an actual service. A router will mostly act as a transparent proxy between the consumer and the target service provider mad will mostly be implemented by the jbi.route(uri) method below. This method creates a new exchange identical to the one received by the component and will send it to the specified destination. You can also send back a Fault if needed. A router can also be implemented by using directly the JBI Apis (available with the jbi helper) by using the provided client.

R can use RJava or jsr223 to communicate with java. R also has a class system called R6. If you want to use a java library with native rJava or jsr223 in R there is potentially a lot of glue code needed, and R library specific packaging configuration required. However if you don't mind writing an R-centric API in Java you can generate all of this glue code using a few java annotations and the normal javadoc annotations. This plugin aims to provide an annotation processor that writes that glue code and creates a fairly transparent connection between Java code and R code, with a minimum of hard work. The focus of this is streamlining the creation of R libraries by Java developers, rather than allowing access to arbitrary Java code from R. The ultimate aim of this plugin to allow java developers to provide simple APIs for their libraries, package their library using Maven, push it to github and for that to become seamlessly available as an R library, with a minimal amount of fuss. A focus is on trying to produce CI ready libraries tested with Github workflows and ready for CRAN submission.
