Download obevo-internal-test-client-02 JAR file with all dependencies

This is a test module which contains db definitions required for testing FileRetrievalMode.CLASSPATH. It needs to be in separate module to confirm that the logic can identify multiple source directories properly across multiple jars or source paths.
