Note, project areas may be configured with a default priority and custom priority values for test artifacts in the project area.  To resolve the associated custom priority literal value, set the custom priority value in the test artifact editor and read the test artifact using the RQM Reportable REST API (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi#ReadResource).
