<!--
User Defined Custom tags. You can add your cfx and cf_ tags here.
Note:
this file will be over written when you upgrade the plugin, but the file
spec shouldn't change so you can just over write this file if you wish

Creator who made / supports the tag. Values are:
MX          = 0x1;
BlueDragon  = 0x2;
W3C         = 0x4;
UserDefined = 0x8;
If support exists between two you can add them together. For example 3 means
MX and BlueDragon. This file should only have 8s.

Single is if the tag lacks a closing tag
XMLStyle is: if a single tag, does it close thusly />

You can put cfx or cf_ tags in here - the tag name needs to be lowercase.
Previous user.xml files suggested that you should miss the cf part of the tag
name off but in practice it only works if you include it. The cfx_rohancrypt
example below illustrates the correct way to define custom tags. You
can also put functions in here, but that is only a hack - cfeclipse will be
able to find your functions at a later date
