A simple javax.sql.rowset.CachedRowSet wrapper. Uses com.sun.rowset.CachedRowSetImpl on Java 1.6. Avoids direct com.sun.rowset.CachedRowSetImpl usage on Java 1.7+ (especially on Java 9 which restricts access to com.sun.rowset package).
