The Apache Commons Codec package contains simple encoder and decoders for
various formats such as Base64 and Hexadecimal. In addition to these
widely used encoders and decoders, the codec package also maintains a
collection of phonetic encoding utilities.

* Implementation for Excel IMAGINARY() function.
*
* Syntax:
IMAGINARY (Inumber)
*
* Returns the imaginary coefficient of a complex number in x + yi or x + yj text format.
*
* Inumber is a complex number for which you want the imaginary coefficient.
*
* Remarks
*
* - Use COMPLEX to convert real and imaginary coefficients into a complex number.
