2004-06-02: The format pattern for the ISBNType has been modified to correctly handle an "X" as the 10th character. This change is considered a bug fix and is backwardly compatible.
     new pattern = [0-9]{9}[0-9,X]{1}
     previous pattern that would not allow an "X" as a 10th character = [0-9]{10}
     Special thanks to Randy Charles Morin, KBCafe.com for finding this correction.

2004-06-18: The format of the ISSNType was previously incorrect. The pattern in this schema includes a corrected pattern. This is a non-backwardly compatible bug fix.
     new pattern = ISSN[0-9]{4}-[0-9]{3}[0-9,X]{1}
