NAACCR XML: Patient.dateOfLastContact


Alternate Names

   Date of Last Contact or Death (CoC)

   Date of Last Follow-Up or of Death (SEER)

Description

Date of last contact with the patient, or date of death. If the patient has multiple tumors, Date of Last Contact should be the same for all tumors. See Data Descriptor Table for date format.



Rationale

Used for recording Date of Last Contact from active or passive follow-up. Used to record date of death and to calculate survival.
