            <description><![CDATA[This edit is skipped for the following conditions:
1) Eod Coding System is not equal 4
2) Year of Diagnosis < 1995 or > 1997 or null
3) ICDO2 Histology and ICDO2 Behavior are null

If Primary Site is not = C619 then Pathologic Prostate Extension must be blank.

If Primary site = C619 and ICDO2 Histology is < 9590 and not 9140 then apply the following checks:
1) Pathologic Prostate Extension cannot be blank
2) If Type Of Reporting Source = 7, Pathologic Prostate Extension must be 90
3) If ICDO2 Behavior = 2, Pathologic Prostate Extension must be 00, 99
