1. This edit is skipped if any of the following conditions is true:

   a. Year of Date of Diagnosis is less than 2019, blank (unknown), or invalid
   b. Schema ID is not 00370
   c. Pleural Effusion is blank or 8 (not applicable)
   d. Summary Stage 2018 is blank
   e. Type of Reporting Source = 7

2. If Pleural Effusion  = 2 (Pleural effusion positive for malignancy),
   Summary Stage 2018 must = 7 (distant)]]></description>
