1. This edit is skipped if any of the following conditions is true:

   a. Year of Date of Diagnosis is less than 2021, blank (unknown), or invalid
   b. Schema ID is not 00590
   c. Lymphovascular Invasion is blank or 8 (not applicable)
   d. Derived Summary Stage 2018 is blank
   e. Type of Reporting Source = 7
