    00821       Plasma Cell Myeloma
    00822       Plasma Cell Disorder
    00830       HemeRetic

4. Lymphovascular Invasion must not be coded 1 or 8 for the following Schema IDs for 2022+:

    00730       Thyroid
    00740       Thyroid Medullary
