    a. Date of Diagnosis before 2023, blank (unknown), or
invalid.
    b. Schema ID is blank or not 00551, 00552, or 00553
    c. Residual Tumor Volume Post Cytoreduction is blank or 98 (not
applicable)
    d. Behavior Code ICD-O-3 is blank
    e. Type of Reporting Source is 7 (Death Certificate Only)


2. If Behavior Code ICD-O-3 = 2,
    then Residual Tumor Volume Post Cytoreduction must be coded 97
