Keeps track of node assignment in a multi-application setup.

There is a newer version: 8.441.21


The test resources are used by both NodeAdmin and NodeRepository
tests to verify APIs. So when modifying this test data
remember to check tests for both NodeAdmin and NodeRepository.

TODO: Get rid of this package. Move to Tester objects in the test dir of each of those modules.
