The basic runtime tools and interfaces for intarsys components.

There is a newer version: 4.11



This is a useful package to deploy components along with the classloader. Files or directories are
detected in the classloader resources and copied temporarily to the file system. Here you can access
the resources as if they were available locally - for example for loading a native library.
