(1,8)=1 : Valid for domestic cash transactions
(1,7)=1 : Valid for international cash transactions
(1,6)=1 : Valid for domestic goods
(1,5)=1 : Valid for international goods
(1,4)=1 : Valid for domestic services
(1,3)=1 : Valid for international services
(1,2)=1 : Valid at ATMs
(1,1)=1 : Valid at terminals other than ATMs
(2,8)=1 : Domestic cashback allowed
(2,7)=1 : International cashback allowed
