Some decoders for the data used in EMV credit card transactions.

(1,8)=1 : Online PIN required
(1,7)=1 : Signature required
(1,6)=1 : Go online if offline data auth fails and reader is online capable
(1,5)=1 : Switch interface if offline data auth fails and reader suports VIS
(1,4)=1 : Go online if application expired
(1,3)=1 : Switch interface for cash
(1,2)=1 : Switch interface for cashback
(2,8)=1 : Consumer device CVM performed
(2,7)=1 : Card supports issuer update processing at the POS
