A bunch of dummy classes mimicking Bouncy Castle API to make the native compiler happy. In case Bouncy Castle functionality is needed, this artifact should be excluded from io.quarkiverse.cxf:quarkus-cxf-rt-ws-security and org.bouncycastle:bcprov-jdk18on should be added instead.
