The OpenTravel Ground Transportation availability request message queries a suppliers system for service availability that matches specified search criteria.
Search criteria options include:
-Type of service-including airport and simple transfers
-Date and time of required service
-Pickup, stops and drop-off details
-Passenger and baggage quantities
-Special requirements-including child car seats, fuel efficient vehicle, meet and greet, pet friendly and disability equipped vehicle request
-Rate qualifying information-including promotions and corporate accounts
-Vehicle type-including limousine and luxury sedan.
Point of Sale Identification. Identification number of the vendor that has made the vehicle availability request and agency number assigned by IATA, ARC, ESRP or TID.
Message processing information.
A positive integer value that indicates the maximum number of responses desired in the return.
The requested currency for pricing in the response message in ISO 4217 (3) alpha character format.
The ISO 4217 standard "minor unit" for the number of decimal places for the @CurrencyCode.
The ISO 4217 standard "minor unit" is typically used when the amount provided includes the minor unit of currency without a decimal point (e.g., USD 8500 needs DecimalPlaces="2" to represent $85).

Location type, name and address details.
Information about passengers who require the ground transportation.
The identification of the customer for whom a booking is being requested. This is different from the customer's loyalty number. This is typically used for a customer that has an account with the transportation supplier and/or operator.
An identifier for a passenger/customer age range or category.
A passenger age, such as "25".
The quantity of passengers for the @Age, CustomerID or Category.
Note that the CodeList element has an @Quantity attribute which should be used to specify associated quantity(s).
An extensible list of service types requested by the customer.
Passenger preferences including service type, physically challenged vehicle and other vehicle preferences.
Rate qualifier(s) that apply to this availability request.
Promotion codes to be used to calculate availability.
Disability vehicle preferences.
If TRUE, a disability compatible vehicle is required.
Vehicle type preferences.
An extensible list of vehicle types and/or categories.
An extensible list of vehicle sizes.
An extensible list of service levels.
The quantity associated with Vehicle Type and/or Vehicle Size.
