ALL SCHEMA FILES IN THE OPENTRAVEL ALLIANCE SPECIFICATION ARE MADE AVAILABLE ACCORDING TO THE TERMS DEFINED BY THE OPENTRAVEL LICENSE AGREEMENT AT http://www.opentravel.org/Specifications/Default.aspx.
The OpenTravel Ground Transportation availability response message returns supplier availability that matches specified search criteria.
This message may include a success element (and/or business warnings) with availability details or an error message indicating why the message could not be processed.
Availability response information includes:
-Service information (including service type, vehicle type, disability equipped vehicle indicator and recommended maximum passengers and baggage)
-Vehicle make and model information
-Rate qualifying information associated with the vehicle and/or ground transportation service
-Restrictions that apply to the vehicle and/or ground transportation service, such as advanced booking, guarantees and cancellation/ modification penalty indicators
-Service charges, including taxes, minimum and maximum charges, and service charge calculation details
-Fees that may be applied in addition to the Ground Transportation Service charges
-Estimated total charges
-Service availability reference ID/number
-Payment rules that are applicable to a specific vehicle or ground service type
An element that is not intended to contain any data. The mere presence of a success element within the response message indicates that the incoming request message was processed successfully.
Indicates that the recipient of the request message identified one or more business-level warnings/errors, but the message itself was successfully processed.
Information about available ground services.
Available service information, including type of service, vehicle details, service restrictions, charges and fees and payment rules.
Pickup, interim stops and drop-off details.
Vehicle make and model information.
Shuttle schedule and locations.
Rate qualifying information associated with this vehicle/ ground transportation service.
Promotions associated with this vehicle/ ground transportation service.
Restrictions that apply to this vehicle/ ground transportation service.
Indicates whether or not advance booking is required for this rate and if so, what the advance booking requirements are.
If true, advanced booking is required for this rate.
When true, this rate requires advanced booking.
When true, this is a negotiated corporate rate.
When true, a guarantee is required.
When true indicates a fee applies if a cancellation is requested.
When true indicates a fee applies if a modification is requested.
Charges that apply to this vehicle/ ground transportation service.
NOTE: Non-base charges, such as gratuity, are typically specified in the Fees element.
Fees that are applied in addition to the Ground Transportation Service charges.
NOTE: Non-base charges, such as the basic price of the service are typically specified in the ServiceCharges element, while additional fees, such as gratuity, are specified here.
The estimated total charge for the service.
NOTE: This element typically contains the total of both ServiceCharges and Fees.
A reference code for the available service(s) returned in this message that may be used in a booking message. This is used as a reference number in the booking request so availability service details do not need to be replicated in the booking request message.
A collection of payment rules associated with this ground transportation availability. This instance of PaymentRules is typically used if there are payment rules that are applicable to a specific vehicle or ground service type.
A collection of acceptable methods of payment.
Specifies an acceptable method of payment.
The acceptable credit card for this payment rule.
Specifies the type of payment (i.e., guarantee, deposit). Refer to OpenTravel Code List Payment Type (PMT).
Indicates that an error occurred in the processing of the incoming request message. An error is defined as a malformed XML message that could not be processed.
