ALL SCHEMA FILES IN THE OPENTRAVEL ALLIANCE SPECIFICATION ARE MADE AVAILABLE ACCORDING TO THE TERMS DEFINED BY THE OPENTRAVEL LICENSE AGREEMENT AT http://www.opentravel.org/Specifications/Default.aspx.
The read request message is used to retrieve reservation either by the confirmation number or by specifying point of sale, train, traveler or booking/departure date and time criteria.
NOTES:
- Summary rail reservation information is typically returned in the OTA_RailResRetrieveSummaryRS message if the @ResInfoLevel is Summary
- Detailed reservation information (including full itinerary) is typically returned in the OTA_RailResRetrieveDetailRS message if the @ResInfoLevel is Detailed
- In some cases, a rail supplier may return the OTA_RailBookRS message as a response to a Read Rail Reservation request

Point of Sale Identification for the transaction initiator that includes the identification information of the party that has made the reservation request and optional information, such as an agency number assigned by IATA, ARC, ESRP or TID.
A reference to identify the booking.
Groups of read requests for known and unknown booking references.
A request to read a reservation when the booking reference is known.
The booking reference for the reservation.
This is to be used for verification that the record being sent is the specific record requested. This is optional and is intended to provide a more secure mechanism to ensure the correct record is being sent.
When true, the history of the reservation should be returned.
To retrieve a rail reservation when the booking reference is not known by specifying point of sale, train, traveler or booking/departure date and time criteria.
Used to request a list of reservations made by specified travel agent, ERSP, booking channel, etc.
Used to retrieve reservations based on the network code of the train operator, or a specific train that was booked.
Used to retrieve reservation(s) based on known traveler information.
Used to retrieve reservation(s) based on a booking date and time.
Used to retrieve reservation(s) based on a departure date and time.
Used to indicate a maximum number of items desired in the list response message or when used for subsequent retrievals of additional data the MoreDataEchoToken determines where to continue the list.
An indicator of whether summary or detailed reservation information should be returned in a Rail Reservation Read response message.
