Kane County Sheriff's police are investigating the crash, which happened around 5:30 a.m. Police said they arrived on the scene to find two cars were involved in the crash. One person was taken to Delnor Hospital in Geneva with injuries that did not appear life threatening. And one person was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Fabyan Parkway is closed between Main Street and Hughes Road as police investigate the crash, and police said they did not know when the road would reopen.
