MWN: Mismatched notify() (MWN_MISMATCHED_NOTIFY)
 This method calls Object.notify() or Object.notifyAll() without obviously holding a lock
on the object.   Calling notify() or notifyAll() without a lock held will result in
an IllegalMonitorStateException being thrown.
