point to run all the selected tools and produce a consolidated
report, which presents all findings in an easily accessible
manner.

AvoidInstantiatingObjectsInLoops
AvoidInstantiatingObjectsInLoops
Detects when a new object is created inside a loop
This rule is defined by the following Java class:
net.sourceforge.pmd.rules.optimization.AvoidInstantiatingObjectsInLoops
Example:
public class Something {
public static void main( String as[] ) {
for (int i = 0; i < 10; i++) {
Foo f = new Foo(); //Avoid this whenever you can it's really expensive
}
}
}
