This package provides Configuration services for Stripes, including interfaces for
    locating configured components and configuration parameters. If a Configuration class
    is not specified Stripes will use the DefaultConfiguration. The RuntimeConfiguration
    allows the Configuration to be selectively overriden using properties in the web.xml
    or in Java system properties.
