Download mustache-templating-maven-plugin-test-contextloader JAR file with all dependencies

Testing only. This is an example ContextLoader to facilitate testing, and to serve as an example. Don't make this a dependency of any other projects (except to prove whether things work), and it should only be a dependency of the templating plugin, not of any actual project (it's a build tool, not part of any application). See the pom and tests in mustache-templating-maven-plugin-tests to see how it is used.
