This project contains some of the configurable modules used within the Heritrix application to crawl the web. The modules in this project can be used in applications other than Heritrix, however.

enabled-description:
Whether or not this Processor is enabled.

decide-rules-description:
Sequence of decide rules that determines whether this processor is run for
a URI or not.  Only rules that generate ACCEPT or REJECT results are 
considered; rules that generate PASS results are ignored.  If the last
considered rule is REJECT, then the URI will not be processed.
