Code containing duplicate String literals can usually be improved by declaring the String as a constant field. Example :
public class Foo {
 private void bar() {
    buz("Howdy");
    buz("Howdy");
    buz("Howdy");
    buz("Howdy");
 }
 private void buz(String x) {}
}
