On Linux and OSX, we want to offer Windows Word 2007 fonts,
     rather than the fonts installed on the platform.

	 see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/924623 for a list of these.

     The rationale is that users are most likely to be exchanging
     documents with Word 2007 users, and probably wouldn't intend
     to embed a font not native to Windows (which we don't support
     yet anyway).

     On Linux and OSX, we do our best to display the chosen font,
     using a font fall back.

	 Some fonts in this file have attribute clearTypeCollection="true"
	 or coreWebFont="true".

	 Ones marked coreWebFont="true" are good, in that Microsoft has
	 made those fonts available such that a user can install them
	 on a non-Windows platform.  Accordingly, docx4all displays
	 these fonts in its font drop down.

	 http://blogs.msdn.com/michkap/archive/2007/02/06/1607855.aspx contains
	 a classification of fonts (but note its list of "Core Fonts" is inaccurate
	 (compared to an actual installation).

	 docx4all font drop down will only display fonts for which:

						@coreWebFont="true"

						@clearTypeCollection="true"

						@secondary="true"

	 Each of the fonts in this file now has an entry in FontSubstitutions.xml, but
	 only the ones above are populated for sure.

	 Not that FontSubstitutions.xml matters much, since we rely mainly on Panose to find
	 a suitable substitute font. In due course though, we might add an attribute in
	 FontSubstitutions which allows it to specifically override a Panose match.

	 Note also that the file names included below aren't actually used (as at 2008 03 21)
	 since we use the panose matching, even on Windows.

	 2013 3 March. @mac gives the OSX filename, where available.

	 Here are Microsoft fonts largely unique to OSX (ie not mapped below):
