org.enhydra.xml.xmlc.metadata provides XMLC metadata support
classes. Metadata is the programmer-supplied information associated with a
document. The information may come from either the command line or from an
XML file. The metadata is stored in a derived DOM, with specilized access
methods provided. These objects store all XMLC configuration information.
