    Package 'encounter'



Provides a sub-command that connects the LEIA system to its environment.

All exchanges between the LEIA system to its environment are recorded in
    {@link org.leialearns.api.enumerations.ModelType#COUNTED} versions. These COUNTED versions are consolidated by
    the {@link org.leialearns.command.observer observer} into updated {@link org.leialearns.api.model.Observed} model
    versions.
