SYNOPSIS
	smsc databaserule getrange  

DESCRIPTION
	This command is used to retrieve a list of database rules as text data. 

PARAMETERS
	Standard Parameters:
	 -	This parameter is used to specify if you wish to retrieve the
			range corresponding to SMPP or SIP.	

	Optional Parameters:
	 - 	If a value is not specified for , then the command will 
			retrieve the first 100 database rules. 

			If  is specified, then the command will retrieve a list 
			of 100 database rules starting from the record next to the record 
			with address='address'.
