1. Separate out individual typescript types in index.d.ts. Its currently a God file.
2. Decide on a stategy for JsTypes vs .d.ts types. Should we keep only public types in index.d.ts?

9. Add mutation observer for removal on cache element data
10. Fix linter errors
11. Fix ts errors
12. When fixed, added to CI
13. Automate deployment
