OGC Georeferenced Table Joining Service Implementation Standard

The OpenGIS(r) Georeferenced Table Joining Service Implementation Standard (TJS) 
is the OGC standard which defines a simple way to describe and exchange tabular 
data that contains information about geographic objects.
