	The cockpit could not connect to the $(openbp.application.title) process engine.

The $(openbp.cockpit.title) will operate in stand alone mode.
Some functions (run process, process debugger, server reload etc.) will not be available.

If you are using the cockpit for modeling only and to not intend to execute processes, you can ignore this message.

Otherwise, make sure that the $(openbp.application.title) engine has been started and that the RMI ports 
specified in the Server.properties and Cockpit.properties files match.

You may start the $(openbp.application.title) engine at any time and then press the 'Reload' button (CTRL+r) in the Cockpit in order to connect to it.

1. Open the option dialog in the Cockpit|Options menu.
2. Select the 'Associations' section.
3. Click the 'application/pdf' MIME type.
4. Scroll down and enter/select the path to your PDF reader program
(usually the Acrobat reader 'AcroRd32.exe' on a Windows platform).

5. Close the dialog and retry displaying the guide.

	The reference cannot be displayed because there is no program associated with HTML files.

In order to specify an HTML browser, follow these steps:

1. Open the option dialog in the Cockpit|Options menu.
2. Select the 'Associations' section.
3. Click the 'text/html' MIME type.
4. Scroll down and enter/select the path to your web browser.
5. Close the dialog and retry displaying the document.
