       Error: A Results Section is a section element in the HL7 V3 namespace.  See Section 3.2.
       

       
       Error: A Results Section SHALL contain the LOINC code 30954-2.  See Section 3.2, Section 3.3.3, and Table 2.
       

       
       Error: CONF-PHMR-57: A Results section SHALL contain two templateIds. CCD
       templateId 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.1.14 SHALL be present and the section
       SHALL conform to all the constraints specified in CCD for that template. An
       additional templateId SHALL be present where the value of @root is
       2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.9.14, indicating conformance to the constraints
       specified in this DSTU.
       

       
       Error: CONF-PHMR-60: If no results are recorded, this section SHALL contain a text
