Device Management Tree SPI Package Version 1.0.
This package contains the interface classes that compose the Device Management 
SPI (Service Provider Interface).  These interfaces are implemented by DMT plugins;
users of the DmtAdmin interface do not interact directly with these.
Bundles wishing to use this package must list the package
in the Import-Package header of the bundle's manifest.
For example:
Import-Package: info.dmtree.spi;version="[1.0,2.0)"
