Controlling who can send Email Archive
    messages

Note: To complete these procedures, you must be
assigned a role having the necessary permissions.  To determine your
role, follow the directions in Participant roles.  For a basic understanding of roles and
permissions, see Permissions and roles: Overview.

To determine who can send email using a site's Email Archive:

In the menubar of the
site, click Email Archive.  




Click Options.  




Under "Accept messages from", choose Anyone or Only
site participants.  




Click Update Options to save your changes.


Note: Changing permissions
for the Email Archive can affect this setting, so be sure your
settings are compatible. See Changing permissions for a tool
