You must possess delete permissions in the Commons tool in order to delete a comment/reply. Deleting a comment/reply is a permanent action.

Select the Commons tool from the Tool Menu of your site.
  

 
  

      

    
Click Delete.
        

      
  
 
      

  

    
Locate the comment/reply that you would like to delete and click its associated Delete option.

Click OK to confirm permanent deletion of the comment/reply.
